— Franz Kafka
“This tremendous world I have inside of me. How to free myself, and this world, without tearing myself to pieces. And rather tear myself to a thousand pieces than be buried with this world within me.”— Franz Kafka
My boyfriend recently passed away on our two year anniversary. He was the love of my life. While looking through all of the letters, postcards, etc. I found one he sent me from his roadtrip across the country this past summer. The words “wish you were here” were scribbled in his handwriting. We loved to listen to pink floyd and I wish more than anything that he was here with me, so I got the words tattooed on my arm in his handwriting <3
My artist was Rodrigo at Addiction in NYC. He was sooo nice and did an amazing job. I can’t thank him enough!
According to Greek mythology, humans were originally created with 4 arms, 4 legs and a head with two faces. Fearing their power, Zeus split them into two separate parts, condemning them to spend their lives in search of their other halves.
My sweet girl, I am living today in yesterday. I was in a complete fascination all day. I feel myself at your mercy. Write me ever so few lines and tell me you will never forever be less kind to me than yesterday. You dazzled me. There is nothing in the world so bright and delicate. You have absorbed me. I have a sensation at the present moment as if I was dissolving.
